Competition Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all prize competitions and draws (“Competitions”) operated by Prizola Ltd (“Prizola”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By entering any Competition, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Entrants must be **18 years or older** and residents of the **United Kingdom**.
• You must create an account on Prizola.com to enter Competitions.
• Employees of Prizola Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible.
• We may request proof of age and identity before awarding any prize.

2. How to Enter

• Entries can be purchased directly through Prizola.com.
• Each Competition will clearly state:
  • Entry price
  • Maximum number of entries
  • Closing date & time
  • Prize description
• Entries are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We are not responsible for failed, incomplete or delayed payments.

3. Free Entry Route

All Competitions include a free postal entry route, as required by UK law. Free entries must include:

• Your full name
• Your address
• Your email address
• The specific Competition you wish to enter

Postal entries must be sent to the address shown on each Competition page and must be received before the closing date. One entry per envelope. Bulk entries are not accepted.

4. Closing Dates

• The closing date and time are set on each Competition page.
• If a Competition does not sell out, we may:
  • extend the closing date, or
  • bring the draw forward, or
  • offer a substitute prize of equal value

5. Selecting Winners

• Winners are selected using a **random number generator** (RNG).
• You will receive your entry numbers by email and inside your account section.
• Draws may be live-streamed or conducted privately with verification.
• Our decision is final and binding.

6. Prize Collection & Delivery

• Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 48 hours.
• Prizes must be claimed within **14 days** unless otherwise stated.
• Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn or withdrawn.
• Prizes are delivered free within the UK.
• Winners may be required to provide ID and proof of age before receiving prizes.

7. Winner Publicity

• Winners agree to have their **first name, town, and winning number** published on Prizola.com.
• Winners may also be asked to participate in reasonable promotional content (photos, testimonials, social posts).
• If a winner refuses publicity, we may still list the entry number and partial information for transparency.

8. Prize Substitutions

• If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we may offer:
  • a cash alternative, or
  • a prize of equal or higher value

9. Account Responsibilities

• You must keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious behaviour.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

• Competition entries are non-refundable once purchased.
• If a Competition is cancelled by Prizola, all paid entries will be refunded.
• If you entered via the free entry route, no compensation is provided.

11. Liability

• Prizola is not liable for:
  • technical failures, website issues, or payment errors
  • loss or damage to postal entries
  • loss, injury or damage relating to a prize after delivery
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or negligence resulting in personal injury.

12. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on Prizola.com with a new “Last Updated” date.
