Is Prizola a legitimate competitions company?

Yes. Prizola operates prize draws in line with UK laws and guidance. We clearly publish our Terms & Conditions, provide free entry routes where required, and make entry lists available to ensure transparency.

How do I enter a competition?

Pick a competition, answer any qualifying question, select your number of entries and complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your entry numbers are emailed to you and appear on the public entry list.

How are winners chosen?

Winners are selected using a random number generator or via live draws, with results recorded and announced on the site and our social channels. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

What happens if a competition does not sell out?

The draw still goes ahead on the advertised date/time unless stated otherwise in the competition specific Terms & Conditions. The winning number is drawn from the range of numbers available, not just those sold.

Can I get a refund for my entries?

How will I know if I have won?

Is there a free postal entry route?

Can I enter from outside the UK?

Prizola competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Entrants from outside the UK are not eligible unless explicitly stated in the competition terms.

How many entries can I buy?

Is my payment secure?

Why do you publish entry lists?
